L'ÉPOQUE USA - One month after the launch of the Greek edition of L'ÉPOQUE and on the occasion of the Who is Who International Awards 2023 gala, Prince Nereides Antonio Giamundo de Bourbon, together with his partner Lello Ammirati, organized on Wednesday, September 27, a very exclusive private event in one of the most prestigious villas on the Athens coast, Villa Primavera, which became VILLA L'ÉPOQUE for a whole day, hosting selected guests from all over the world.

L'ÉPOQUE could not have chosen a better place to celebrate its 178-year history after being acquired by French multinational NEREIDES DE BOURBON GROUP in October 2022 and relaunched in January 2023, and to celebrate its partnership with the Who is Who International Awards organization, chaired by Dimitrios Goris and Vassiliki Papageorgopoulou.
Under the leadership of Prince Nereides and Lello Ammirati, the legendary French magazine L'ÉPOQUE, founded in Paris in 1845, has expanded its activities abroad, publishing an American edition, L'ÉPOQUE USA , an Italian edition, L'ÉPOQUE ITALIA, and now an edition entirely in Greek, L'ÉPOQUE GREECE.
With the exclusive launch of the magazine at VILLA L'ÉPOQUE in Saronida, the magazine has already established itself as the most influential magazine in Greece in 2023, not only because of its history, but also because of the number of readers, which exceeds 85 million readers worldwide, and because of the use of cutting-edge blockchain technology developed by the multinational company LutinX.
VILLA L'ÉPOQUE, selected by the Greek agency Olive Villa Rentals and previously known as Villa Primavera, is a prestigious seafront villa on the hills of Saronida, recently built and awarded "Greece's Leading Luxury Villa" by the World Travel Award 2023 and other international awards.
Prince Nereides de Bourbon, owner and editor-in-chief of L'ÉPOQUE, and Lello Ammirati, co-owner and creative director of the magazine, personally welcomed their guests, who traveled from all over Europe, but also from the United States. The guest of honor at the event was Sharlette Hambrick, a friend of Prince Nereides, a well-known Hollywood journalist and producer, and Independent Board Director of the Golden Globes. Hambrick arrived in Athens last Monday and stayed at the Athenaeum Eridanus Luxury Hotel before making her public appearance at VILLA L'ÉPOQUE in Saronida, where she was the main subject of an exclusive photo shoot by Lello Ammirati.
During her long and celebrated career as a journalist and television producer, Sharlette Hambrick has undoubtedly helped shape the face of communications and entertainment. Now, at the helm of the Golden Globes, she is actively involved in reshaping and evolving the organization on an international level. Following the acquisition of the brand by investor and businessman Todd Boehly, owner and president of Eldridge Industries and Dick Clark Productions, she has made significant changes, starting with the selection of members and international partners and the promotion of values such as equality, inclusion and diversity in the entertainment industry.
The event at VILLA L'ÉPOQUE and the participation of Sharlette Hambrick undoubtedly confirm the Golden Globes' desire to further expand its activities and strengthen its voice beyond the borders of Hollywood or already consolidated festivals in terms of new international partnerships.
Prince Nereides de Bourbon and Lello Ammirati have stated that they personally want to contribute to the activities of the Golden Globes at the international level, starting from Greece, where Prince Nereides last year received an award for his diplomatic and financial career from the organization Who is Who International Awards. For this reason, Prince Nereides took the opportunity to invite Sharlette Hambrick to Greece, thus building a bridge between Greece and Hollywood, through L'ÉPOQUE magazine and the Golden Globes, of which Hambrick is a proud spokesperson.
The day after the L'ÉPOQUE Press Event at VILLA L'ÉPOQUE, Sharlette Hambrick was awarded the prestigious Who is Who international Awards in the category of "World Woman Leader of Global Entertainment & Racial Equity." She walked the red carpet at the Eleon Loft Hall in Athens, where the gala and official award ceremony took place in the presence of over 250 selected guests.
Other guests at the event included Italian model and actress Lilly Mandel, former muse of the haute couture brand NEREIDES DE BOURBON, one of the 23 units of the multinational NEREIDES DE BOURBON GROUP. Lilly Mandel was the protagonist of a photo shoot created by Lello Ammirati, where she wore some of the haute couture creations of the Prince Nereides' brand.
Alessandro Civati also attended the event. He is the creator of the LutinX blockchain, of which L'ÉPOQUE magazine is a proud user, positioning itself as the first and only magazine in the world to use a blockchain for verifying information and protecting the intellectual property of content, certifying covers, protecting personal data, and soon creating NFTs that will bring L'ÉPOQUE into the metaverse.
Another guest of Prince Nereides and an award winner is Steph Adams, author of international bestsellers, entrepreneur, ambassador of luxury brands as well as digital influencer, who was awardeed the Who is Who International Awards in the category "World Woman Leader of Logos & Kallos symbol". Unfortunately, Steph Adams was unable to receive the award in person due to an unexpected family event and asked Prince Nereides to accept it on her behalf.
The Prince also personally welcomed and interviewed notable international personalities who attended the Who is Who International Awards gala ceremony, including Sara Abbas, successful producer and entrepreneur and member of the Forbes board.
The Who is Who International Awards, held for the fourth time under the slogan "Greece, the whole world!", were organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Development, Greece Abroad and Diplomacy, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Tourism, the Attica Region and the Greek Tourism Organization.
This year, the Who is Who International Awards stands in solidarity with those affected by the recent natural disasters in Greece. Part of the proceeds of the event will be donated to the victims of the devastating floods.
